YOUR PROJECT · YOUR SPECIFICATION
Clarity before
every step.
A house kit and a finished home have different scopes. We establish who supplies each element, who performs each activity and what is included in the quotation.
KNOW WHAT IS INCLUDED
One house.
Three completion levels.
Compare quotations by their included activities as well as their price. Insulation, windows and doors, and roof specifications depend on the chosen configuration.
| Activity | House kit only | Assembled structure | Turnkey |
|---|---|---|---|
| House kit | As specified | As specified | As specified |
| Delivery | Quoted separately | As agreed in the contract | As agreed in the contract |
| Structural assembly | Not included | As agreed in the contract | As agreed in the contract |
| Foundation | Not included | Prepared in advance | According to design and specification |
| Plumbing, electrical & heating | Not included | Not included | According to design and specification |
| Finishing works | Not included | Not included | According to detailed specification |
Design, fees, utility connections, landscaping and furnishings are included only where expressly agreed. “Turnkey” means a detailed contractual specification, not a universal package for every model.
What does “assembled structure” mean?
Professional assembly of the delivered structure on a prepared foundation. It does not automatically include foundations, electrical installations, plumbing, heating or finishing works. Delivery and the precise assembly scope are confirmed in the contract.
Preparing for a year-round home
The selected model must be considered together with its insulation, windows and doors, heating and ventilation, site-specific structural design and applicable approval requirements. A catalogue configuration alone does not establish compliance for every site.
What determines the final price?
The model and version, insulation, glazing, delivery access, foundation, assembly, building services and finishes all affect the proposal. We confirm availability, price and programme for your project rather than applying one price per square metre to every house.
